We’re FINALLY at the 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, friends! And, that means we’re taking you with us to explore everything the event has in store!

While we’ve already checked out some of the Food & Wine merchandise that’s available online, and shared a look at the NEW Food & Wine Festival ears, but now we’re off to try some drinks and more at the Shimmering Sips booth. Should you grab anything from this spot? We’re sharing all our thoughts here!

CORKCICLE knows a good thing when it has it, because the Shimmering Sips booth has brought back lots of returning snacks, treats, and drinks for both kids and grown-ups to enjoy!

Menu

Here’s a look at the menu for the Shimmering Sips menu.

It includes a few treats you can grab to eat as well as several drinks. All of these items, except for the new CORKCICLE stemless flute, are returning items.

Eats

We’ll start with the eats. The Shimmering Strawberry Soft-Serve looks like a dream (especially in that Waffle Cone). It’s nothing especially extraordinary but the presentation here is really fun! If you’re looking for a sweet, strawberry ice cream cone then this could be a good choice!

And, the best part is that it’s only $5.25, so you don’t feel too guilty getting another snack here.

Speaking of other snacks, if you’re looking for something to munch on, this booth is once again serving up the Banana Bread with Mixed Berry Compote! This is a plant-based option, so if you’re looking for plant-based dessert options or are traveling with others who are looking for plant-based sweets you can stop here to grab this.

When we’ve grabbed this item in the past, we’ve actually been surprised by the banana bread and just how tasty it was! If you want to grab this sweet treat, you can try it for $4.50.

Drinks

Once you’re done indulging in those sweet treats, you can cool off with THREE different kinds of mimosas at this booth. Truly, this booth is THE spot for mimosa fans.

First up, there’s the Tropical Mimosa with Sparkling Wine and Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava Juices. It’s a POG mimosa — what more could you ask for?!

Next, there’s the Key Lime Mimosa with Key Lime Sparkling Wine and Cranberry Juice. This mimosa is wonderfully tangy and refreshing, but in the past its flavor hasn’t packed as much of a punch as the other options available at this booth.

Finally, we’ve got the Blood Orange Mimosa with Sparkling Wine and Blood Orange Juice. In the past, this mimosa has had a more intense flavor than the others. If you are a big fan of blood orange, you might really enjoy this!

Each of these mimosas on their own are priced at $6.25.

But, if you can’t decide which one you want, you can also indulge in the Mimosa Flight to try all three for $13.

If you’re looking to grab a souvenir to go with your drink, you can grab one of the exclusive NEW CORKCICLE Stemless Flutes for $21!

This year’s Food & Wine Festival is presented by CORKCICLE. If you’re a big fan of Disney, souvenir cups, and CORKCICLE, this could be a fun buy.

Overall, if you’re looking to grab a special CORKCICLE souvenir and some sweet (and pretty treats), or sip on some refreshing mimosas, then you might want to give Shimmering Sips a try! And if you’re a big mimosa fan, then this is the booth for you!
