Review: You Can Get Orange Bird in CHOCOLATE Form in Disney World!

Looking to try something new (or some limited-time snacks) in Disney World without even having to enter a theme park? Then you’ll want to head over to Disney Springs this summer for the Flavors of Florida event, which started today!

Flavors of Florida!

During this event, lots of new and limited-time treats have arrived (or reappeared) at stores and restaurants throughout the shopping and dining district. If you’re looking for some chocolate treats to try, then we’ve got just the spot for you!

Over at The Ganacheryyou’ll find spectacular chocolate treats year-round. But, right now there are 2 special treats you can get!

Let’s Head Inside!

First up, we’ve got the Key Lime Ganache Pop! This pop features white chocolate blended with Key lime juice and fresh lime zest covered with dark chocolate.

Key Lime Pop

There’s also sugar with lime juice and lime zest sprinkled on the outside.

This treat was actually available during the Flavors of Florida event held in 2019. And now it’s back!

YUM

Of course, we had to grab one to taste it. The Key Lime Ganache was tart but not overpowering.

Overall, we felt like this treat had a great flavor! The ganache mixed well with the dark chocolate, as well as the sugar with lime juice and lime zest that is sprinkled on the outside.

Key Lime Pop

If you like that mix of citrus and chocolate, this might be just the treat for you!

Look at All That Goodness!

You can grab it for $6.50.

Next up is the Orange Bird Ganache Square! Note that this isn’t listed on the Flavors of Florida guide as an item specific to this event, but it definitely has some fresh, citrus flavors in it so we had to give it a try (plus, it’s Orange Bird)!

Orange Bird Ganache Square!

This ganache square is actually an Annual Passholder Exclusive item, so keep that in mind. The ganache features fresh oranges blended with dark 65% chocolate.

Overall, we thought this ganache was a beautiful blend of chocolate and orange.

What a Cutie!

Again, if you like that mix of citrus and chocolate flavors, you might really enjoy this.

A Look at the Inside

You can get it for $3.

If you aren’t a fan of dark chocolate or that mix of citrus and chocolate, you might want to take a look at The Ganachery’s other options. If you’re looking, for example, for something that features milk chocolate and maybe a different fruit filling (or a nut filling), check out the other things The Ganachery has available!
