Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
And, we’ve got plenty of updates to share with you! So, what are you waiting for? Let’s dive right on in!
Hollywood Studios Food Update
Oga’s Cantina
If you’re heading to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, it’s practically a necessity to stop by Oga’s Cantina for a few drinks from a galaxy far, far away! Since we were daydreaming about a trip to the space bar, we decided to take you along with us for a review!
Obviously, we were thrilled to listen to DJ R3X spin a few hit tunes…
…but (if we’re honest) we were totally there for the boozy beverages! During this particular visit to Oga’s, we tried the T-16 Skyhopper made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Bols Melon Liqueur, Kiwi, and Half and Half…
…as well as the Dagobah Slug Slinger made with Herradura Reposado Tequila, Bols Blue Curaçao, Citrus Juices, Ginger, Herbs, and Bitters.
We also snagged a snack to pair with our sips, so we tried the Batuu Bits. Disney described them as “Crispy Galaxy Snack Bits with Spiced Chermoula Dip,” and our reporters felt pretty torn.
While they all agreed that the snack mix and dip were great, the dried veggies and root bits that were seasoned caused a bit of controversy among our reporters!
So, what did we end up decided about the drinks and snack we got at Oga’s? You’ll have to read our full review to find out!

Sci-Fi Dine-In Restaurant
Speaking of out-of-this-world spots, you can step into your favorite sci-fi movies over at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios too! And, we decided to go ALL OUT during our visit by trying lots of items off the menu.
Along with the Pan-seared Salmon Pasta…
…we had burgers galore as well! We’re talkin’ the Salmon Burger…
…Feature Film Burger…
…BBQ Burger…
…and Classic American Burger!
Plus, we had to try a few drinks while we were enjoy our films! So, we sipped on the Long Island Lunar Tea made with Bacardí Superior Rum, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Corazon Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, and Sweet-and-Sour with a splash of Coca-Cola…
…and the Spicy Martian Margarita with Patrón Silver Tequila, Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Pure Cane Sugar.
The atmosphere alone is an extremely good reason to go visit the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater. But, you’ll have to read our review down below to see if the FOOD is worth the reservation too!

Hollywood Studios Merchandise Update
Dark Room
The Fourth of July may have passed, but you can still find holiday items hanging on the shelves in the Dark Room!
The Mickey Flag Case features Mickey looking like Uncle Sam…
…while the Patriotic Mickey Case shows off our favorite mouse holding an American flag with U.S.A. logos in the background!
You can take home each of the cases for $34.99 to celebrate all July long!
Mickey’s of Hollywood
While we may have spotted it in the Magic Kingdom, the Spanish Buzz Lightyear Shirt has also made its way over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for $19.99.
The Disney nuiMOs are heading out summer vacation with a whole new collection! And, you can find the adorable new camping tent on the shelves for $12.99 at Mickey’s of Hollywood.
Since each visit to Disney World brings something extra special, you can enjoy those “good vibes” with the Lion King Hat! The yellow hat features Rafiki on the front…
…and the Disney World logo on the back for $27.99!
Keystone Clothiers
We didn’t spot any NEW merchandise on the shelves of Keystone Clothiers, but the store did rearrange its items for more cohesive sections. Now, you can find areas dedicated to Star Wars…
…Marvel…
…and Indiana Jones.
Hollywood Studios Entertainment Update
Parking Lot
Prior to entering the park, we spotted a new area where Cast Members were handing out a few freebies to guests…
…like Toy Story Land stickers…
…park maps…
…and a Pin Trading area.
Characters
One of the most magical parts of visiting the parks is getting to see the characters out and about. And, we spotted Donald and Minnie…
…as they welcomed everyone to the Happiest Place on Earth!
