Have you been to Disney World at Christmas time??
The gorgeous decorations, characters in their Christmas outfits, and the Christmas food — oh, that Christmas food!! If you’re planning to visit Disney World this Christmas, October 26th is a very important date for you so that you can get the best Disney Christmas food!
What does October 26th have to do with Christmas, you might ask? Well, that’s the day you can make your Disney World dining reservations for Christmas day in Disney! Dining reservations are available 60 days out from the start of your trip, so if you’ll be there on the days before Christmas too, you need to make those reservations a little earlier!
Starting October 26, 2021 at 5:45AM EST, you can make online reservations at Disney sit-down restaurants across the parks. Use the website or the My Disney Experience app to get those dining spots! If you’d prefer to make your reservations over the phone, those open at 7AM, also on October 26th, so keep in mind that you’ll be an hour behind the online reservation people! And you might end up waiting on hold.
If you miss that deadline and can’t get the reservations you want, do not despair! Oftentimes, last-minute reservations open up as people cancel. Since this is Christmas, we wouldn’t count on that — especially for one of the busiest days at Disney World! So we suggest grabbing a reservation that is available — maybe your plan B? — and keep watching for surprise availability for ones you really want but didn’t get the first time!
We hope you get all the reservations you’re looking for and remember to set those alarms for October 26th at 5:45AM EST! Keep following DFB for Disney World planning tips!
