When it comes to a Tim Tracker Blog, our main staple is covering new and exclusive food items, and today is no different. Whether it be new and exclusive foods at the parks, or Food Festival treats, we have consistently covered what’s new and fresh to taste at the theme parks here in Orlando. It’s true that many different areas in the Disney theme parks offer many delicious treats to choose from, but with so many options to choose from, it may be hard to make your decision. New this year here at Epcot’s 2021 International Food & Wine Festival, they have just recently added new food booths! So, join us as we cover the 3 new food booths here at Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival!
THE NOODLE EXCHANGE
Have you ever wanted to taste delicious noodle dishes from the Far East, well now you can at The Noodle Exchange. Savor an array of delicious flavors as you enjoy a breathtaking day at Disney’s Epcot! Only at The Noodle Exchange, you can untangle the ancient art of noodle-making and flavorful dishes noodles have inspired around the world. You will be able to find The Noodle Exchange right next to the Travelers Cafe. From The Noodle Exchange you will be able to get an amazing variety of noodle dishes, such as: Traditional Spicy Vietnamese Beef Pho, Char Siu Pork Udon, Shrimp and Coconut Curry Rice Noodles and Tofu Pho. From The Noodle Exchange, we decided to get the Char Siu Pork Udon, which is served with Enoki Mushrooms, Bok Choy, and Soy Pickled Egg. One thing we will say is that everything from the Noodle Exchange is spicy and served hot. Upon first taste, this dish is very tasty and it almost tastes like bacon soup. In conclusion, my dish from The Noodle Exchange was extremely delicious and you should definitely give this booth a go if you’re in the mood for noodles!
TANGIERINE CAFÉ
Do you find yourself craving Morcoccan cuisine or maybe just to try? Well, look no further than the Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina at the 2021 Epcot Food & Wine Festival. The Tangierine Café will allow you to treat your wild senses to their traditional Moroccan cuisine, their specialties are grilled kebabs and a falafel pita! This booth here at the Food & Wine Festival is located inside of the Morocco Pavilion. From the Tangierine Café you will be able to get amazing traditional Morcoccan cuisine, such as: Fried Falafel Pita, Grilled Kebabs, Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with Hummus and Pistachio Cake. We decided to get one of everything from the Tangierine Café. All of the dishes from the Tangierine Café were absolutely delicious. We vote YES for this food booth! Our favorite dish of the day from this booth was the Fried Falafel Pita.
ROTUNDA BISTRO
Last but not least, we introduce the Rotunda Bistro booth found in the American Adventure Pavilion. From here, you can indulge yourself in tasty cuisine options featuring fresh seafood and produce. From the Rotunda Bistro you will be able to dive right into fresh seafood dishes, such as: Chilled Smoked Shrimp Salad, Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tart and Chilled Crab and Avocado Parfait. All of the dishes found at the Rotunda Bistro are gluten/wheat-friendly. While we were soaking up the beautiful air conditioning inside Rotunda Bistro, we decided to try the Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tart. Upon first taste, the dish reminded me of a mushroom pizza. This dish has an array of flavors and it tastes amazing but it is very earthy due to the heavy flavors. In conclusion, the Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tart was very delicious and I would order this again, but maybe on a cooler day.
