Since its grand opening last year, Gideon’s Bakehouse has had a morning exclusive Coffee Cake Cookie. A limited amount of this cookie is made each morning and is available only until it sells out. With this month’s menu, Gideon’s is debuting an evening exclusive version of the cookie. This Dark Coffee Cake Cookie will be available at sunset until it sells out (or the bakehouse closes). According to employees, the evening exclusive cookie will be available starting next week.
