The global pandemic remains a fluid situation when it comes to Disney World vacations.

When the parks first opened, face masks were required at almost all times, social distancing markers were all over the place, and there was limited capacity in the parks. Most of those things have gradually faded away as things began to shift nationally and vaccines became widely available. But recently, safety measures like face masks were put back into place, regardless of vaccination status.

COVID-19 vaccines are currently only approved for people ages 12 and up. So, we asked our readers on Instagram if they are comfortable bringing their kids under the age of 12 to Disney World right now, as they can’t be vaccinated. Here are the results:

Instagram results

6,107 people voted “yes” and 4,469 people voted “no.” So, there’s a good chunk of people on both sides, but the majority of our readers who answered the poll say they are comfortable bringing their kids under the age of 12 to Disney World.

The majority voted “yes”

Disney World does have safety regulations in place, like face masks being required for all guests ages 2 and up while indoors and there being no character meet and greets right now.
