The same goes for area music throughout the resort. From the swelling orchestral harmony drifting through Epcot’s Future World to the classic musical melodies welcoming guests to Main Street U.S.A., Disney background music further envelops guests in the imaginative worlds of all four theme parks. These instrumental themes are transportive, and they can connect guests to Disney magic even from the comfort of home. Though area music can be overlooked, it is an integral part of the Disney experience.
Cast Members
Disney World would not be such an amazing place without caring cast members working behind the scenes and on the front line to add a spark of magic to visitors’ vacations. Theme park days can be overwhelming, even frustrating at times, but a smile or wave from a cast member can brighten one’s mood. My family has had many fantastic interactions with cast members ranging from a conversation with a friendly cast member while in line for an attraction to the gift of an ice cream sundae on a hot day. Though this kind of Disney magic cannot be sought, magic moments and simple greetings from cast members create wonderful Disney vacations.
Disney World is a uniquely whimsical destination thanks to experiences and details like these. Although first-time visitors come for the world class attractions, guests continue to vacation at Disney World year after year for the little things that make this place a real-life Wonderland.
