Rocky Road Cookie…YUM!
That’s especially true when it comes to our favorite cookie joint at Disney Springs, Gideon’s Bakehouse. And we’ve already dived into the new August cookie, the Rocky Road Cookie. But there’s ANOTHER special cookie at Gideon’s, too — but this one only comes out at night.
Meet the Dark Coffee Cake Cookie. You can only get it after sunset until it sells out. This is the regular Coffee Cake Cookie with a twist — it has a CHOCOLATE base instead of vanilla. So that’s what it tastes like — coffee cake with chocolate. And WE ARE HERE FOR IT.
Yum!
What’s most interesting about this cookie is that the texture is almost exactly like a coffee cake, but in cookie form. Add in all that extra chocolate, and you’ve got something with great texture that tastes DELISH. We really like the nighttime upgrade this cookie got and we would certainly order this again.

You can grab this cookie now daily from sunset until it’s gone for $6. We recommend getting there early because this tasty cookie will probably sell out quickly every evening.
