There are a LOT of mask options to choose from out there. Some are cloth, some are disposable, some are reusable, some have a nose bridge, etc.

Lots of mask options

It’s one thing to buy a mask for yourself, but it’s a whole other beast to buy ones for your kids. If you’re traveling with a little one to Disney World, you’ll want to buy masks that they won’t absolutely hate wearing while in the parks. We’ve already shared a lot of our top 10 masks your kids will actually wear in Disney World, but it’s been a while so, we did a bit of digging, asked the members of our team for recommendations, and we’ve developed this list of 7 masks your kids (hopefully) won’t hate wearing to Disney World!

First, we’ve got to give a bit of a disclaimer. Some of these masks come recommended by our team members, others had high reviews on Amazon, and others are popular masks. We’ve done our best to make a list of some great options out there. Of course, this list is NOT exhaustive. There are tons of other awesome masks out there and if you’ve got some recommendations of your own, be sure to leave those in the comments below!

Also, these are the masks that we think and hope your kids won’t hate, but (as you probably know) kids can be a bit unpredictable. There’s no guaranteeing that you kids will love these, but we hope they’ll find them fun, comfortable, and easy to wear. Still, there is a possibility these might not work out for your little ones. Again that’s why it’s so great that there are lots of choices out there so you can get what’s best for you!

Face Masks

Next, let’s get into mask rules in Disney World. Right now, all guests ages 2 and up (regardless of vaccination status) are required to wear a mask in all indoor locations in Disney World, including restaurants except when actively eating or drinking. Additionally, masks are required for all guests ages 2 and up on all Disney transportation (buses, Skyliner, monorail), except for the ferry boats.

Alright, now let’s talk about the masks!

1 — Sock Fancy

One of the masks a DFB team member recommended are the ones from Sock Fancy. Sock Fancy has their own website, but we did find one of their masks on Amazon as well. The mask set comes in a pack of 3 and there are a variety of different designs.

If you’re looking for a mask that’s protective but still lightweight, a disposable mask might be a good choice. There are lots of regular disposable masks that are a blue or other solid colors. But, if you’re trying to really encourage your young ones to wear their mask, getting ones with a fun design could be the perfect thing!

We found these fun, disposable masks from WeCare on Amazon that could be great for your kiddos.

3 — All Kinds of Decorative Masks

Trying to convince your kid to wear a mask can be MUCH easier if those masks are really fun, or if they have quite a few to choose from, making them feel like they have a bit of control over the situation. That’s why we think the SchoolMaskPack Kids masks can be a good choice!

These masks come with a variety of options, again giving your kids the ability to match the mask to their outfit for the day or just pick their favorite color!

The masks are washable and feature a nose clip and adjustable ear straps.

You can get the “cool colors” pack for $22.99.

But, with the holidays coming up you might want to grab the holiday pack for $29.99! Some of these masks even feature 3-D effects, again making them very fun and probably great for photos.

We can imagine that these 3-D effect masks could get a little annoying or get sort-of in the way after a while though. So as fun as they could be for photos and for a little while, you might want to bring a back-up just in case!

Note that some of the reviews share that they’ve felt the masks were a bit small, so be sure to look at the measurements and see if they’ll work for you and check that they fit your little ones when they arrive.
