Cilantro Urban Eatery is back at Disney Springs for Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month! This food truck, led by Orlando chefs Juan Nessi and Carolina Medina, features Mexican cuisine with a fusion between Latin and American flavors.

Items available at the truck include the Puerto Rico-inspired Burrito Boricua with lechón asado, signature rice, black beans, plantains, pico de gallo, cheese, chipotle mayo with corn chips & salsa for $13 and the Cochinita Pibil Tacos with Yucatán style achiote marinated pork, pickled red onions, and habanero salsa on corn tortillas for $10.
