PHOTOS: Construction Walls Erected Around Primeval Whirl in Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Over a year after its permanent closure was announced, Primeval Whirl at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is now surrounded by construction walls. Some of the attraction is blocked with green scrim. Last month, Disney filed a permit for “general construction” at the site, and it’s likely that we will be seeing the demolition of the attraction soon. There is no visible work yet. The “Super Slamosaurus” is also blocked off with construction walls.
