Welcome back to EPCOT!
There has been a lot of new things in the park lately — like the new flagship store, Creations Shop, and a new restaurant, Space 220! So, we’re here to go around the world and to the future to check out what other new and exciting things have popped up in EPCOT recently, let’s go!
EPCOT Food Updates
Popcorn Stand
There is a new popcorn stand outside of Creations Shop!
It was selling the 50th anniversary popcorn bucket, but has since stopped.
Cast Members said the bucket will return on October 1st.
Space 220
Space 220 has officially switched over from walk-in only to reservations! This means there was a bit less of a line to get on a waiting list on Monday (the first day reservations started).
We HIGHLY recommend getting reservations for Space 220, as it’s a super popular spot!

EPCOT Construction Updates
World Showcase Plaza
The Belgium booth for EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival looks like it’s even closer to opening!
It’s scheduled to open on October 1st.
Norway
Frozen Ever After has a Lightning Lane now!
More and more rides are getting lightning lanes — we think they must be opening sometime soon!

EPCOT Merchandise Updates
Mexico
We spotted two new shirts in the Mexico pavilion, inside the pyramid!
One shows Mickey, Minnie, and friends partying outside of the pyramid, and the other says ¡AY, CARAY! which means “oh, wow!”
Norway
We saw more new clothing in Norway! We found this grey tank top with a fall-colored Mickey design for $29.99.
Then, we found this really cool white Norway jacket that has a fun design down the sleeves.
The design was actually full of hidden Mickeys!!
We love finding subtle Mickeys on merch.
Port of Entry
We found this new Starbucks pin at Port of Entry for the 50th anniversary!
It shows Figment on top of Spaceship Earth in the number 50.

EPCOT Additional Updates
Early Theme Park Entry
Early Theme Park Entry started…well..early this week! It was supposed to start on October 1st, but it actually started this past Sunday. So, you can now get into the parks 30 minutes before opening time if you’re staying at a Disney hotel!
This caused a decent amount of crowds at the front entrance of the park.
People were waiting to be let in and take advantage of the quiet time with (hopefully) less guests!

Cast Member Name Tags
Monday was also the first day that Cast Members were allowed to wear their brand new 50th anniversary name tags!
They’re decked out with that EARidescence that’s become the signature look for the celebration.
We love seeing the Cast Members get in on the celebrations early!
France
The fountain in the middle of the France pavilion wasn’t on recently.
We’re not sure what’s going on, but we’ll let you know if we find out anything!
That’s all that’s been going on around EPCOT lately! Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World news, info, and updates.
