Grab your stretchy pants — Disney World has more than 150 new treats coming to the parks for the 50th Anniversary!
There will be plenty of cupcakes and other sweet treats, but there will also be new drinks, burgers, and even some tropical snacks. We’ve made our way into the parks today to taste a bunch of the delicious new items and we’ve found 3 NEW snacks in Disney’s Magic Kingdom inspired by a classic attraction!
At Aloha Isle Refreshments in Magic Kingdom there are THREE new tropical treats with names inspired by The Tiki Room.
Of course we had to stop by to try them out!
First, you can get the Tropical Serenade, which is made of the famous POG juice (passion fruit, orange, and guava juice) with coconut soft serve, topped with a pineapple upside-down cake pop.

We absolutely loved how the tropical flavors of the POG Juice mixed with the coconut soft serve. It was a refreshing, flavorful, and absolutely delicious creation.
In our opinion, the Tropical Serenade is a MUST-GET from Aloha Isle! You can try it yourself for $6.99.
Another new treat available at this spot is the Showtime with Jose. This treat is a Mango and Vanilla swirled soft-serve Pineapple float, garnished with a blue feather.
This treat was good, but the mango flavor wasn’t very prominent. Other Dole Whip flavors we’ve had in the past, like raspberry and lemon, have been much more pronounced. This was a very mild mango flavor.

Finally, we grabbed the Fifi, Gigi, Mimi treat, which is made of Pineapple, Vanilla, and Orange bundt cakes stacked on top of each other and filled with DOLE Whip pineapple.
We were hoping that this treat would be reminiscent of the pineapple upside down cake that used to be served at Aloha Isle, but sadly this treat fell a bit flat for us.
The cakes only had extremely mild flavors, and the amount of Dole Whip that you get is pretty minimal.
