As Disney nerds, we’ve seen some amazing Disney-inspired homes and apartments that have made our jaws drop from their sheer awesomeness.

From a home designed by the same architect who designed Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle to an ACTUAL castle near Disney World to a home that came straight out of all our Disney design dreams, we’ve spent a lot of time wishing on stars for the $$$ to live in places like those!

Well, now we’ve seen a home that was designed by an iconic Disney Imagineer that we want to live in! The home, a 2,892-square-foot estate called Villa di Fontani, was designed by Fred Joerger, who helped create Sleeping Beauty Castle and the Matterhorn! And as you can imagine, this mansion is GORGEOUS. It starts before you ever even get to the front doors with some beautiful water features.

According to the house’s Realtor.com listing, “Villa Di Fontani Estate was conceived with the same magic that brought the first Disneyland Park to life. Designed and built by one of the three original Disney Imagineers Fred Joerger, this masterpiece also holds works of art by other Disney artists like Walt Peregoy, Tyrus Wong, and Travis Johnson. This property, steeped in old Hollywood history is made to overwhelm the senses.”

The house features some stunning stained glass art! Does this art style give you Hercules vibes, too?

It’s surrounded by waterfalls that look like they came straight out of a Disney movie.

It may not be a castle, but it’s certainly fit for a Disney princess. There’s even an INDOOR waterfall with a Koi pond. Say what?

And check out how spacious this is — but most importantly look out that window and tell us that this house doesn’t have its own World of Color going on out there!

Okay, so it’s not EXACTLY World of Color, but these fountains are impressive!

In true Disney Imagineer fashion, you’ll find a TON of intricate details throughout the estate.

According to the listing, “Anywhere you are in the house or on the property, in any direction you gaze there will be an attraction to capture your eye.” That’s the Disney Imagineer way!

The listing also says the current owner spent 11 years “caring for and lovingly restoring this property to its magical glory.” And WE believe it!  This home really is magical!

But before you start packing your bags to move in, we haven’t discussed the matter of payment…and well, this home will set you back $2.7 million if you’re interested. That’s a lot of cash!!
