Over the past few months, we’ve been able to spot some of our favorite Disney friends in cavalcades, distanced character meet-and-greets, flotillas, and distanced character meals.
Hey There Friends!
If you’re a big fan of saying “hello” to the Disney princesses, Mickey, Minnie, and more, you’re in luck. Soon, character experiences in the park will be changing!
Earlier today, Disney announced that guests will soon be able to have some individualized time with their favorite characters! Disney has noted that the time isn’t quite right for hugs and autographs yet though, so that level of character interaction won’t be returning just yet.

But, soon guests will get the chance to get some more individualized time with the characters and the ability to visit these friends in themed locations for a photo or two.
Looking for princesses? Soon, the princesses will be returning to Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom so you can meet them at a distance there.

Want to meet Minnie Mouse? You’ll be able to spend a little more individualized time with her over at Red Carpet Dreams in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Also in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll find the stars of Disney Junior in Animation Courtyard.

Looking for the one and only Mickey Mouse? You’ll be able to stop into Town Square Theater on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom to say hello to the mouse who started it all. And even better, Mickey will be wearing his new EARidescent outfit designed specifically for the 50th Anniversary celebration.

Disney has noted that each of these spots are expected to start welcoming guests in November.
Disney has also shared that many of the cavalcades, motorcades, surprise character appearances, and similar experiences will be continuing around Disney World.
