There was plenty of confusion regarding Lightning Lane yesterday at Magic Kingdom. At Pirates of the Caribbean, we witnessed guests entering the Lightning Lane without having purchased access. Guests were lining up and tapping their MagicBands, but kept walking when the Mickey head turned blue.
