As the result of a suspected COVID-19 case, Hong Kong Disneyland has temporarily closed, according to CNN.
The park was temporarily shut down to ensure that both guests and Cast Members undergo mandatory testing. The government of Hong Kong is requiring anyone who was in the park between 11 AM and 6 PM on Sunday, November 14th to undergo testing no later than Thursday, November 18th .
Under Hong Kong’s current COVID-19 restrictions, anyone who enters a restaurant, movie theater, or similar venues must check in through a tracing app. Those who are identified as close contacts of those who test positive must undergo mandatory testing, and possible quarantine should they test positive themselves.
With the park currently closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Hong Kong Disneyland is expected to reopen to guests on Friday, November 19th.
