Welcome to a very rainy day at the Universal Orlando Resort. The weather might have caused delays to some of the outside attractions, but it didn’t stop the crowds! Let’s jump right into a day at the parks.
Starting our day at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, we discovered that the construction walls at Poseidon’s Fury have moved.
Sadly, no updates on a reopening date for the attraction yet.
Taking shelter from the rain, we peeked into the All Hallows Holiday Boutique and found the cutest photo spot!
VelociCoaster and The Incredible Hulk Coaster were delayed for a short period of time because of the rain.
Weather delays were consistent throughout the morning, but the skies eventually cleared up by late afternoon.
Heading into Toon Lagoon, we noticed some refurbishment happening above Blondie’s restaurant.
Large crowds can be found on the streets of Marvel Super Hero Island.
The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man was an 80 minute wait. Wait times are definitely increasing as guests try to take cover from the rain.
After the weather cleared up, we headed over to Universal Studios Florida.
We ran into Shrek, Fiona, and some friends from Far Far Away on the streets of Hollywood!
The Three Blind Mice are so cute! We love their festive scarves and candy canes.
Looking to show some house pride while traveling for the holidays? Check out these faux leather Hogwarts house inspired suitcases we found in Globus Mundi.
The brown Hogwarts themed suitcase was a hot topic throughout the store, everyone wanted to get their hands on it!
We ended our day hanging out with the Penguins of Madagascar outside of the Tribute Store. Smile and wave boys!
