If you’re going to Disney Merriest Nites in Disneyland, it’s not too late to get that perfect holiday card photo! There are six photo opportunities at the event that feature stunning artwork by Disney WonderGround artists. Let’s take a look!
New Orleans Square
Near Pirates of the Caribbean
Near Pirates of the Caribbean, there’s this art featuring characters from “The Princess and the Frog.” Tiana hangs ornaments on the Christmas tree, while Naveen plays his favorite carols. Nearby, Charlotte sees if she can figure out what her gift is, while Louis enjoys a plate of beignets.
Near these photo ops, a sign gives information about the artists who created these magical designs. Dylan Bonner was responsible for this art.
Adventureland
Tropical Imports
In Adventureland, you can wish everyone a “Mele Kalikimaka” with Jumba and Pleakley from “Lilo & Stitch” dressed as Santa Claus and an elf, respectively.
Fantasyland
Fantasyland Theatre
Fantasyland’s photo op features Anna, Elsa, and Olaf from “Frozen” as they enjoy an icy winter tableau.
A sign nearby gives a bio of the artist, Ashley Taylor.
Frontierland
Near Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Miguel and Dante from “Coco” wish everyone “Feliz Navidad” in this piece by Joey Chou.
Tomorrowland
Near Astro Orbitor
For a classic look, guests can pose near a fully-decorated living room set, complete with Christmas tree.
Main Street, U.S.A.
Disneyland Fire Dept.
Finally, on Main Street, U.S.A., there’s highly-detailed artwork featuring the stars of Mickey’s Christmas Carol: Mickey Mouse as Bob Cratchit, Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge, Minnie Mouse as Emily Cratchit, and Daisy Duck as Isabelle.
There’s plenty of cool little details to spot in the piece, including appearances by toy soldiers and Jiminy Cricket, as well as ornaments and gifts.
Disney Merriest Nites run on select Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 6; all dates are currently sold out.
