Disney+ Day hit the Disney Parks like a whirlwind last Friday, and The Happiest Place on Earth was no exception. Let’s take a look back on how the celebration went down at Disneyland!
Disney+ subscribers were able to use a dedicated entrance to enter the park 30 minutes prior to opening.
In front of the Main Street, U.S.A. railroad station, the blue carpet was rolled out, with blue and white bunting hung on the fence.
It proved to be a popular photo spot, offering a twist on the classic Mickey Mouse floral photo.
Professional lighting equipment was located near the entrance to help capture the big day.
Upon entry, guests received a button with the Disney+ Day logo and date.
Blue baseball caps were also handed out to mark the occasion. They proved to be a popular item, as Cast Members quickly ran out of hats.
Over at the entrance to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, guests lined up for the perfect photo spot to try out the Grogu AR lens.
All in all, Disney+ day proved to be a big hit at Disneyland!
