Mickey’s PhilharMagic at Magic Kingdom recently reopened with a new “Coco” scene, after being closed for refurbishment for one month. The refurbishment of the attraction’s marquee has now been completed.
The colors of the ribbon-like marquee were swapped during refurbishment, with the background now blue and the trim gold.
The final elements added were the attraction’s name on the side in gold letters and a ribbon image beneath reading “A concert with character.”
The musical notes, dots, and stars on the sign are also all gold.
The marquee is the same on both sides.
Yesterday, a ribbon sign was added to the front paying homage to Mickey Mouse Revue, the original 1971 attraction housed in this building.
The sign immediately upon entering the building also now reads “The Kingdom’s most magical musical revue” and includes Miguel in the list of characters appearing in the show.
