The holidays are back at Disneyland, which means there’s plenty of sweet treats to go around! Joining the lineup this year are two offerings that have risen from the snack graveyard: the Bride and Groom Churros, previously seen in 2019 for The Haunted Mansion’s 50th anniversary.
Bride Churro — $5.75
Elegantly dressed churro in a bouquet of vanilla and sugar
This churro, available at the cart in New Orleans Square, is dusted in vanilla sugar.
It has quite the ghostly pallor and we’re pleased to say we really enjoyed it! It’s very straightforward in flavor. It tastes just like vanilla and it’s sweet, but not too sweet.
This should be a safe choice for guests looking to indulge in a specialty churro that won’t disappoint.
Now, let’s (re)meet the groom!
Groom Churro — $5.75
Classic churro dressed in a duo of dark and milk chocolate
Located at the Critter Country Churro Cart, this classic churro is dressed in a duo of dark and milk chocolate. Sadly, this churro was a sad investment on our part and nothing to lose our heads over.
The dark and milk chocolate sugar was very bland and lacking life. We were much more impressed by its counterpart, the Bride Churro.
