It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
That’s right! If you’re still holding onto Halloween, we hate to break it to you but the holidays are already in full swing at Disney World! Decorations are up all over the place and TONS of holiday treats are coming out at the theme parks and resorts. We’ve spent our evening at Disney Very Merriest After Hours, and now it’s time for two holiday treats!
The treats can be found at Golden Oak Outpost and they look VERY festive.
We’ve seen plenty of cake pops at Disney World, but the newest cake pop is one of the sweetest we’ve spotted! Introducing the Gingerbread Almond Cake Pop!
This is a gingerbread almond cake pop dipped in white chocolate. The best part? It’s decorated to look like Minnie, polka dot bow and all!
This is a GIANT cake pop, so we were excited to try it out. It’s available for $4.99.
This was a pretty good cake pop! The main flavor was the gingerbread and the cake had an awesome moist texture to it. It also had a solid frosting to cake ratio. So, if you’re a gingerbread or frosting lover, this treat could be a winner!
We also tried the To Be Jolly Float for $6.99! This is a returning treat that we’ve liked in the past.
This float is a peppermint iced coffee float with a chocolate Minnie Mouse bow!
This tasted like you would expect a coffee float to taste! If you like coffee flavor, you’ll be pleased but beware! It’s light on the peppermint flavor. It was good, but on a cool Orlando evening, we might prefer a hot coffee.
You’ll find these snacks at Golden Oak Outpost in the Magic Kingdom from November 8th to December 31st. As a note, the cake pop and the float were not available before the start of Disney Very Merriest After Hours today, so they may be exclusive to the party.
If they look like something you’d enjoy, grab them while you can! Stay tuned for more holiday treat reviews from around Disney World!
