A new trailer for the upcoming “Spider-Man: No Way Home” has been released. This is the second trailer for the film; the first was released in late August.
There has been much speculation as to the film’s casting, with rumors swirling that the film could feature past Spider-Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. The earlier trailer revealed the return of Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock, as well as hinting at other villains such as Green Goblin, Sandman, and Electro.
Tom Holland returns for his third film as Spider-Man / Peter Parker. Benedict Cumberbatch co-stars as Doctor Strange. Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, and Jon Favreau are also in the cast. J.K. Simmons returns as Daily Bugle editor J. Johan Jameson, a role he originated in the Maguire “Spider-Man” trilogy.
You can view the new trailer below.
We previously reported that the film will have its United Kingdom debut two days before it bows in the United States.
“Spider-Man: No Way Home” hits domestic theaters December 17.
