We Found a Disney World Sweet Snack For Under $3!

It’s finally that time of year, people: the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is here! So far this season, we’ve seen festive decorations, met Santa, and watched a holiday parade, and now it’s time to EAT!

EPCOT Festival of the Holidays

We’re trying treats from all of the festival booths in the World Showcase, and now it’s time to visit the booth in the American Adventure Pavilion. This spot is known for more traditional holiday-themed foods, but is this booth worth a try? Let’s find out!

Menu

If you’re a holiday purist who appreciates the classics like gingerbread, turkey, and stuffing, you might want to visit the American Holiday Table booth during EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays! You can find this booth in The American Adventure Pavilion.

American Holiday Table

This booth is a returning one from previous years, and the menu is full of returning classic American holiday staples! If you visited this food booth last year and liked what you tried, you’re in luck! The menu at American Holiday Table looks pretty similar this year!

We had to check out the foods to see how they compare to other years!

Food

Now that we’ve seen the menu, let’s talk about the food. Your choices at American Holiday Table include the crowd favorite Slow-Roasted Turkey, the Holiday Pot Pie, a Pumpkin Gingerbread Cheesecake, and a Chocolate Crinkle Cookie.

American Holiday Table

The Slow-Roasted Turkey option comes with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce. It’s like a mini Thanksgiving feast!

For $5.75, you get a pretty good sampling of all the Thanksgiving staples!

This is a pretty “efficient” menu item in that you get an entire Thanksgiving feast in a little 5-inch plate!

You can also check a cookie off your list at this booth; the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie is part of the Cookie Stroll! It looks a little different this year and comes with a chocolate DOVE square on top.

The Chocolate Crinkle Cookie is a favorite of ours (it’s got DOVE dark chocolate…it HAS to be good!) and this year was no exception!

For just $2.50, it’s one of the cheapest chocolate treats in Disney World!

Last year Disney debuted the Holiday Pot Pie with jackfruit, mushrooms, carrots, peas, onions, and puff pastry. This is one of Disney’s plant-based holiday items. We weren’t a huge fan of this dish last year. You can try it for $5.50.

Finally, there’s the Pumpkin Gingerbread Cheesecake with cranberry whipped cream and candied pumpkin seeds.

We tried this cheesecake last year, and you can read more about it here! The Pumpkin Gingerbread Cheesecake costs $4.50.

Beverages

In terms of beverages, there are quite a few available! The menu includes the Shipyard Eggnog White Porter (Clearwater, FL)…

…and the Playalinda Brewing Co. Peppermint Chocolate Porter (Titusville, FL) which features an interesting combination of peppermint, chocolate, and beer.

Each of the beers at American Holiday Table is available for $5 for a 6oz pour, and $9 for a 12oz pour. American Holiday Table also serves a Regional Red and White wine for $6 and $7, respectively.

Overall

The phrase of American Holiday Table should be “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it.” There are some solid returning items this year, including the Slow-roast Turkey and the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie. Here, you’ll find a lot of traditional holiday flavors that many of us enjoy at our own dining room table every season, so if you’re looking for something that reminds you of home, definitely give this booth a try on your trip to EPCOT.
