The Disneyland App is currently suffering from technical issues, leading to long lines at guest relations throughout Disneyland Resort. Guests who purchased Genie+ have been forced to visit guest relations to make Lightning Lane selections.
Guest relations continues to hand out paper attraction recovery passes. These vouchers are good for up to six guests, and we received two during our second guest relations visit. Despite what the vouchers say, we were told they are good for any attraction, including Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
We also heard that the hard reset Cast Members told us about would take two hours. They are hoping that the issues are resolved by 12:30 p.m. However, they are now offering to refund Genie+ purchases due to the extended outage and uncertain time frame for resolution.
