New PRICE Increases at a Popular Disney Springs Restaurant

When it comes to dining outside of the Disney World parks, Disney Springs has no shortage of options. Whether you’re looking for a quick (but DELICIOUS) meal at Chicken Guy! or a nice sit-down experience by the water, there’s truly something for everyone.

There is so much to see and do in Disney Springs!

If you’re looking for an atmospheric, well-themed restaurant with some incredible food, The Edison might be the place for you! This “Industrial Gothic”-style restaurant has live entertainment, fun drinks, and even some bacon on a clothesline! We’ve had some fun meals at this little restaurant tucked deep back in Disney Springs, but recently we noticed some price changes that you should know about.

As of now, there are no price changes on the Shares & Nibbles (AKA appetizers) menu. We spotted the first price increase on the Patented Specialties menu.

Let’s see what’s different at The Edison

Out of the six entree options at The Edison, five dishes received a price increase.

Let’s take a look at the menu

Four of these dishes saw a $1 price increase, including The Queen Cut Prime Rib (now $43, previously $42) the Barolo Short Rib (now $39, previously $38), the Blackened Mahi (now $33, previously $32) and the Grilled Salmon (now $32, previously $31).

The Spare Ribs saw the biggest price increase; this dish now costs $39, up $4 from a previous price of $35.

Interestingly, there was a price decrease on the Patented Partners menu. The L. Burbank Hand-cut Fries went from $11 to $8.

We also noticed a price decrease on the Sweets menu, where the Shortbread Shortcake is now $13 as opposed to its old $15 price tag.

The dessert menu is constantly changing! This was the Caramel Cheesecake

Some of the biggest price changes came to the drinks menu. Some drinks went down in price, like the Paloma (now $16, previously $18), while most others got more expensive.

Amelie and Bootlegger’s Basil

Two of the Edison Signature Cocktails received a $2 price increase, including The Samantha Sterling cocktail at $18 (previously $16) and A Dame’ll Sting Ya at $17 (previously $15). The Edison is now $17 (previously $16) while Strawberry Fields Forever is $16 (previously $15).

On The Fashionably Old Corner menu, two drinks went up in price. The Patented Old Fashioned is now $17 (previously $16) and Bootleggers’ Basil is now $17 (previously $15).

The Boiler Mule

The Edison Run’s On… drink had the highest price increase, as it will now cost guests $22 versus $16. We also caught some changes to the wine and beer menus, with several $1-$2 price increases across the board.

The bar went through some major changes!

Be sure to stay tuned for more Disney news and updates around the parks and resorts; we’re always on the lookout for the newest changes!
