Since the beginning of the month, quite a bit of progress has been made on the new Cast Member entrance to the Transportation and Ticket Center. Let’s take a look at what’s new!
Walking from Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, we can see that the road has been seriously smoothed out since our last visit, and seems ready to be paved.
In the median, a concrete section has been installed with six brown poles.
Meanwhile, sod has been laid on both sides of the roadway, suggesting that the project may be nearing completion.
The large tarps and construction vehicles seen by the water have all been removed, leaving it looking clean and refreshed.
Over back by the entrance, it appears that electrical work is being done.
Wiring can be seen on either side of the roadway, possibly to power an entrance gate.
Things seem to be moving rapidly to make it easier for Cast Members to enter from Seven Seas Drive in the new year.
