A couple of weeks ago, we reported how another ramp to be used for disembarking ferryboats from their second level has been completed. Today, we are happy to report that that ramp is now officially being used at the Transportation and Ticket Center.
Cast members were directing us to the left if we had wheelchairs and strollers and to the right in order to get up to the upper deck of the ferry boat.
It was a nice, leisurely walk with plenty of room on the ramp.
The stairs are clearly marked with “Please watch your step.”
This ramp provides a much easier and more convenient way to get to the upper deck of the ferry boat.
The cast members told us as of right now, they are only using the ramp to load guests onto the ferry boat – no unloading.
Hopefully this ramp will help with guests’ frustration and less fights on the ferry boat.
