There’s no denying that Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour is the best place to get ice cream at the Universal Orlando Resort. Nestled inside Diagon Alley, this ice cream parlour offers more than just your typical chocolate and vanilla. A variety of unique flavors is available here, from the enticing Salted Caramel Blondie to the intriguing Chocolate Chili. You can even get Butterbeer soft serve ice cream and Strawberry Peanut Butter sundaes. There’s a little something for everyone in the Wizarding World.

Sundaes are served in a souvenir dish for $9.99. Soft serve is $5.99 in a cup or cone, or $7.49 with the souvenir glass. Hard-packed ice cream is $6.99 for two scoops in a cup or cone, or $8.99 in a souvenir glass.
The Strawberry Peanut Butter Sundae comes served in a souvenir dish. Strawberry peanut butter ice cream, a favorite here in the Wizarding World, is topped with hot fudge, shortbread crumbles, and whipped cream.
Butterbeer is a must if you’re visiting the Wizarding World, and it comes in a variety of forms, including soft serve. Pro tip: You can also order the Butterbeer soft serve inside the Fountain of Fair Fortune. The flavor is a bit like butterscotch, but it isn’t overpowering, thanks to the vanilla. The ribbon of Butterbeer combined with vanilla makes for a refreshing treat that isn’t overly sweet like the actual beverage. The consistency is more like a dairy dessert and less like ice cream, but it’s very creamy and delicious and one of our favorite soft serve flavors.
We decided to give the banana soft serve a try and added some chocolate chips for a little variety. The banana flavor didn’t stand out like we had hoped, but the chocolate chips complimented it nicely.
The soft serve machines were having some issues this day, but the Team Members still offered to attempt to make us an Orange Marmalade cone. Don’t worry; your ice cream won’t look this flat. Despite the humorous appearance, this ice cream was a hit. The flavor is something like a creamsicle, with orange and vanilla blending together perfectly. We might have found our new favorite ice cream flavor.
We can’t resist the Salted Caramel Blondie and Strawberry Peanut Butter ice cream. We decided to top ours with shortbread crumbles. The best part of ordering the hard-packed ice cream is getting to pick two different flavors. The Salted Caramel Blondie has little chewy bits of blondie mixed in that give it an extra layer of texture and taste. We highly recommend this one.
If you’re not visiting Diagon Alley or if the line for Florean Fortescue’s is too long, you can find four flavors of hard-packed ice cream in small containers around the Wizarding World, including vanilla, strawberry peanut butter, chocolate, and Butterbeer. The Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade also offers these four flavors.
