Brand new to Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew is the Everything Donut for $6.50! Have you ever had an everything bagel? This is basically the same thing but in DONUT form. Whaaaat. 
Everything Donut
The Everything Donut is a classic glazed donut topped with Boursin buttercream, everything bagel seasoning (which typically includes salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, and garlic), and freshly chopped chives.
It looks SO good
As per usual, the glazed donut itself is amazing and perfectly pillowy. But…we weren’t super convinced about this flavor mix of sweet and savory.
A closer look
The overall flavors just didn’t really work well for us. The buttercream is not sweet, and the Boursin flavor comes through in a strong way, along with the onion, salt, chives, and other seasonings. When combined with the sweetness from the glazed donut, it was not our favorite. If they had used a plain donut instead of a glazed donut it might have worked better for us.

We tried tasting this donut with different flavors in each bite but the sweetness of the donut just didn’t make sense with the savory seasonings. We appreciate what Everglazed tried to do though, and there are surely people out there who would really like this unique flavor mix!
Inside the dough
Are you a Boursin fan? It might be worth trying because the Boursin flavor is really strong. If you REALLY like sweet and savory flavors, or if you think everything bagel seasoning makes everything better, you might enjoy this. But if you don’t like sweet and savory together, you should probably skip this.
