In the ongoing issues caused by the Amazon Web Services outage, some guests are now unable to enter Walt Disney World theme parks.
A line at Guest Relations outside Magic Kingdom was quoted as a two-hour wait as guests with physical ticket media are currently unable to use the tapstiles to enter the park.
Cast Members reported that MagicBands and Magic Mobile were both working at the tapstiles, but physical ticket media is not. Additionally, many guests are finding that their park reservations have disappeared from My Disney Experience.
