In October of 2021, Disney introduced Disney Genie and Genie+, a new way of navigating the Disney Parks. The Genie+ service is $15 a day and allows you to reserve a spot in the Lightning Lane of specific attractions. This Disney Genie survey popped up for us recently in the My Disney Experience app, after clicking into the service earlier that day. Genie has garnered some mixed reactions, but it looks like Disney wants to check in and see what guests are thinking. The questions are about the recommended itinerary plan that Genie customizes for you, and how well it works.
