PHOTOS: Booths Appear at EPCOT Ahead of the Festival of the Arts

The 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts officially kicks off next week! The newest of the four EPCOT festivals, the Festival of the Arts celebrates all things creative, from music and entertainment to painting and visual art to of course culinary art!

Festival of the Arts 2021

We’re still well over one week away from the start of the festival, but we are already seeing plenty of preparation taking place across EPCOT.

On a recent visit, we noticed that many of the food booths have started to transition into Festival of the Arts mode, with updated signage and decor! The booths still have some lingering holiday decor from EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays, but just like the rest of us, EPCOT may just be procrastinating getting those final Christmas decorations down and back in storage for the year (show of hands, how many of us still haven’t taken down our trees yet? We won’t judge.).

The Craftsman’s Courtyard

The 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will feature some brand-new booths, including The Craftsman’s Courtyard!

Decodent Delights

Another new booth debuting this year at the Festival of the Arts is Decodent Delights! As the name implies, this booth will celebrate all things Art Deco, “from the gilded glamor of the roaring 20’s to the bright pastels of Miami Beach.”

“Decodent” Delights

We’ll have to wait for Disney to release their FULL booth menus to see what the story is here with Decodent Delights, but we can’t wait to check it out when the festival begins!

Deconstructed Dish

While we’re excited to check out the new booths, we’re also looking forward to revisiting returning booths as well. One of the many returning booths this year is Deconstructed Dish!

Deconstructed Dish

Returning to Deconstructed Dish is a favorite of ours from last year’s Festival of the Arts, the Deconstructed B.L.T.!

El Artista Hambriento (The Hungry Artist)

Over in the Mexico Pavilion is where you’ll find El Artista Hambriento, also known as The Hungry Artist!

El Artista Hambriento

Be sure to stop by if you’re in the mood for some Mexican dishes and beverages like their Frida Carrot Margarita.

Goshiki — Japan

The Japan Pavilion is one stop you have to make if you’re looking for uniquely designed dishes at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. The food booth there is called Goshiki!

Goshiki

Returning this year is the super fun (and equally tasty) Sushi Donut and the inventive DIY Stone Garden!

Gourmet Landscapes

The resident food booth in the Canada Pavilion is called Gourmet Landscapes at the Festival of the Arts, and it’s returning in 2022!

Gourmet Landscapes

This year, it’s serving up returning items including their Vanilla, Rose Water and Pistachio Panna Cotta and Salmon and Cream Gâteau.

L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise – France

The booth in the France Pavilion is always a highlight and one of the most highly anticipated booths (for us, at least) every festival!

L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise

This year, expect returning dishes including Crème de Brie en Petit Pain and Moelleux à la Framboise et aux Chocolats Valrhona.

L’Arte di Mangiare — Italy

Italy’s food booth, L’Arte di Mangiare, is also returning to the 2022 Festival of the Arts!

L’Arte di Mangiare

Will this be the year the Italy Booth finally WOWS us? You’ll have to wait until January 14th to find out!

The Painted Panda — China

Over in the China Pavilion, The Painted Panda returns to the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

The Painted Panda

Food items here include their Old Shanghai Shi Zi Tou and Sichuan Red Hot Mala Shrimp, along with an assortment of beverages.

Pastoral Palate

We also spotted Pastoral Palate getting ready to celebrate EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts (though it looks like they aren’t quite ready to part with their holiday wreath). Last year, this booth was called Cuisine Classique, but it looks like the menu will be just about the same as it was in 2021!

Pastoral Palate

Over at Pastoral Palate, you’ll find items like Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib and Opera Cake!

Click here to check out the full menu from Pastoral Palate.

Vibrante & Vívido

STILL hungry? Check out Vibrante & Vívido Encanto Cocina!

Vibrante Vivido Encanto Cocina

This booth is where you’ll find a Chilled Seafood Cocktail and their colorful Passionfruit Mousse, along with beverages like Frozen Piña Coladas and Passion Fruit Daiquiris!

We also spotted some merchandise booths getting set for the start of the festival! Be sure to stop by these tents for unique souvenirs, including original works of art!

We also spotted preparations taking place over at the gift shop booth, which has transformed into a Festival of the Arts-themed destination!

We can’t wait to check out all of these creative and colorful dishes when EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts officially begins on January 14th! Be sure to follow along for full reviews of each of these booths, along with our coverage of everything there is to see and do at the festival.
