As construction continues on transforming the last of the former Innoventions into the Connections Café and Eatery, we popped over to take a look at the latest progress on the upcoming dining venue at EPCOT.

As we noted last month, a door frame is now visible in the breezeway between Connections Café and Creations Shop.

Some wiring is coiled at the top of the door frame, waiting for more elements to be installed.

Wiring is also visible inside, connecting temporary work lights.

The extended roof of the breezeway has been completed.

It has yet to be painted and some wires hang where lights will later be installed.

Some paneling is staged outside of the building.

New metal pieces are being installed along the building’s corner facing Mission:Space.

These will hold the new overhang paneling.

The surrounding overhang has yet to be repainted to match the rest of the building.

On the other side, the entire overhang has been painted the new off-white color.
