Each year, guests can step inside famous paintings at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts to have their photos taken. This year is no different, so we’ve rounded up a list of every photo spot available.
Bridge to World Showcase – “Peter Pan Storybook”
This photo-op lets you step into one of the scenes of “Peter Pan.”
There are two cutouts for guests to stand in, one featuring a Mermaid Lagoon and the other featuring Skull Rock.
The background is set apart from the foreground, so guests can step inside.
A sign reminds guests that masks must be worn over the nose and mouth at all times, including when taking photographs. This is almost certainly a holdover from the 2021 festival, and no outdoor mask rules have been changed or announced at Walt Disney World as of yet.
Bridge to World Showcase- “Café Terrace at Night” and “Sunflowers” by Vincent van Gogh
Step into one of two paintings by Vincent Van Gogh on the bridge to World Showcase.
You can photograph yourself with his famous sunflowers.
Or maybe you’d prefer to sit in the famous café at night?
Grab a friend and do both!
Mexico – An Homage to Frida Kahlo
In the Mexico Pavilion, guests can pay homage to the incomparable Frida Kahlo.
Guests will be able to step into the frame to depict a self-portrait à la Kahlo.
The portrait is surrounded by a couple of small paintings, like this one depicting a bird and the Spanish word for beautiful.
This painting of a monkey says “My monkeys” in Spanish.
Italy – “The Birth of Venus” by Sandro Botticelli
Step into this iconic painting as the Venus herself.
The beautiful frame features a plaque that says “Festival of the Arts.”
There are museum-like lights on the photo façade to keep it lit at night.
Between Italy and Germany – “The Scream” by Edvard Munch and “Mona Lisa” by Leonardo da Vinci
Step into Munch’s classic piece, “The Scream,” or fancy yourself as da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa.” This photo op is meant to look like an art gallery wall.
You can step into “Mona Lisa.”
Or into the scene of “The Scream.”
Guests can walk into the paintings for a unique photo op.
The American Adventure – “Washington Crossing the Delaware” by Emanuel Gottlieb Leutze
This version of the painting has removed all of the men in Washington’s boat, so you can stand beside him.
World Traveler – “Luncheon of the Boating Party” by Pierre-Auguste Renoir
Finally, this painting has been turned three-dimensional so you can join the luncheon.
The faux table and some guests are part of the front façade, while the rest of the painting is the background.
Some of the photo-ops have images of the paintings inside so you can better interact with the scene.
