Just two more days until the 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins, and we keep seeing more and more final touches come to the park. The latest addition we spotted at EPCOT today is these new photo spots, which allow guests to pose within famous pieces of art from renowned artists around the world.
Mexico- A Tribute to Frida Kahlo
In the Mexico Pavilion, guests can pay homage to the incomparable Frida Kahlo.
Guests will be able to step into the frame to depict a self-portrait a-la Kahlo.
The portrait is surrounded by a couple of small paintings, like this one depicting a bird and the Spanish word for beautiful.
This painting of a monkey says “My monkeys” in Spanish.
The photo op is currently blocked off with potted plants as the festival has not yet begun.
Italy- Birth of Venus by Sandro Botticelli
Step into this iconic painting as the Venus herself.
The beautiful frame features a plaque that says “Festival of the Arts”
Here you can see how the trick is accomplished, with the background behind the guest.
Between Italy and Germany- The Scream by Edvard Munch
Step into Munch’s classic piece, The Scream. This photo op is meant to look like an art gallery wall.
