Flying Fish has reopened at Disney’s BoardWalk with a new 50th anniversary dessert.
50th Celebration Midnight Lemon – $12
Fresh Berries, Crispy Meringue and Sweet Lemon
This dessert is light, airy, and fluffy with a lemon flavor present without being too tart.
The meringue stick might be an oversight, but it’s very soft and lavender flavor/scented.
Usually these are flavorless and rock hard in Walt Disney World desserts.
The crème anglaise was heavenly: as good as you would find in a fine French bistro. It won’t change your life, but it’s a good dessert.
