We’ve had some pretty delicious treats in the Disney parks recently!

Between the Festival of the Arts at EPCOT and the Lunar New Year Festival at Disney California Adventure, plus the return of some of our favorite snacks, we’ve been eating pretty well the past few weeks. And this weekend, we got the chance to try yet another dessert that you may be interested in for your next trip!

At the Lunar New Year Festival, we stopped by the Cappuccino Cart to check out something that was really calling our name — the Mango-Pineapple Pie! It’s a little personal-sized pie filled with (you guessed it!) mango and pineapple topped with sugar crystals and a Mickey-shaped piece of crust.

It’s a simple-looking dessert, but the taste is definitely a crowd-pleaser! It’s incredibly refreshing and the fruit inside tasted really fresh. It was definitely tropical, and we could just imagine ourselves enjoying this pie on a beach somewhere.

The texture was nice too — the fruit inside wasn’t too mushy, still keeping its shape, and the sugar crystals on the top added a nice crunch that we really enjoyed. 

So who should get this one? Well, fruit lovers and pie fanatics for starters! If you’re looking for a sweet dessert that isn’t too rich, this is a solid choice. You may want to stay away if you’re not into tropical flavors.
