Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck is a quick place to grab tacos while passing through Springfield at Universal Studios Florida. The menu has had a few changes recently, so we decided to stop by and see what’s new.
The first major change is the removal of the Korean Beef Tacos, which were replaced with Carnitas Tacos. The other two taco options have changed toppings. Each of the three options now comes with onions and cilantro and a choice of red or green salsa. Previously, the chicken and carne asada tacos came topped with cheese and lettuce, but now they are served with traditional onion and cilantro.

Each order comes with 2 tacos and a side of tortilla chips. The tacos are small, but they are delicious. The tortilla shell is soft and the onions and cilantro were very fresh. The meat inside was excellent, but the portion is on the smaller side.
We went with the green salsa. There’s also taco sauce available at the window.
Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat while passing through Springfield. If you’re looking for a more substantial meal, be sure to stop into Fast Food Boulevard right across from the taco truck and check out their menu.
