Disney’s Boardwalk is home to some great spots to grab a bite to eat like Trattoria al Forno or Flying Fish!

One of our favorite places to visit on the Boardwalk is the Boardwalk Bakery! We love checking out their latest offerings of delicious desserts, and they even have grab-and-go items like salads and sandwiches!
We headed over to the Boardwalk Bakery to see what they have been serving up recently.
Look at allllll those treats
An under-the-radar dessert caught our eye, something without a whole lot of pomp and circumstance, just a humble muffin. More specifically, the Doodle Muffin!
Doodle Muffin
The Doodle Muffin gets its name from the snickerdoodle cookie because it is a moist vanilla cake muffin with a cinnamon-sugar coating all over the outside.

We thought this muffin was super simple, but BOY did it deliver! The cake was moist and the cinnamon sugar added a subtle sweetness and a great crunchy texture.
We think this one is a sleeper hit!
The vanilla cake flavor was almost too subtle, we thought it could have used a bit more of a pronounced vanilla flavor. This is a great snack for someone who doesn’t love overly sweet treats! If you love frosting and fanfare with your desserts, you might consider skipping this one. At $3.99, it’s a sweet snack that doesn’t break the bank!
