Yesterday was…a LOT.

We saw literally HUNDREDS of price increases hit items at restaurants, lounges, and snack stands throughout Disney World’s theme parks, water parks, resort hotels, and more. Some of the increases were pretty small — only a matter of a few cents — but others were larger, in amounts of $1, $2, or even $3. They might seem small at first, but these increased costs can add up over a trip. There are a LOT of price increases to sort through though. Which price increases do you REALLY need to know about? We’re breaking that all down right here!

If you scroll through our full post about the price increases you’ll notice that it is HEFTY. We covered some of the price increases that impacted items at Disney Springs, the Disney World hotels, the Disney World theme parks, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and even Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.

It was a serious undertaking and even that post is not fully comprehensive. Price increases hit a bunch of other Disney World restaurants and snack spots we weren’t even able to fit into that post!

Classic Snacks

DOLE Whips

A number of classic snacks got impacted by the price increases. Over at Magic Kingdom, for example, DOLE Whips are now more expensive. Specifically, we saw these changes made when it comes to DOLE Whips at Aloha Isle:

• Pineapple Float DOLE® Pineapple Juice served with a choice of Pineapple DOLE Whip®, Vanilla DOLE Whip® or Swirl – went from $5.99 to $6.99
• Pineapple DOLE Whip® Cup choice of Pineapple DOLE Whip®, Vanilla DOLE Whip® or Swirl – went from $4.99 to $5.99

Some specialty DOLE Whip items also got an increase over at Typhoon Lagoon’s Snack Shack. Here are the changes we saw:

• Hei Hei Cone Dole Whip® Pineapple and Raspberry Soft-serve – went from $5.29 to $5.79
• Motunui Island Twist Dole Whip® Lime Soft-serve – went from $5.29 to $5.79

Popcorn Refills and Popcorn Buckets

Popcorn refills and popcorn buckets at select locations are also now more expensive. Previously, standard popcorn buckets were $12 each with $2 refills. At popcorn stands around Magic Kingdom, we noticed that the standard bucket price has increased to $13 with refills for $2.25.

Again, those increases on their own aren’t dramatic, but they can add up during your trip. Note that we saw these at select popcorn carts, but it’s not clear if the increase has impacted all spots yet.

Mickey Ice Cream Bars and Sandwiches

Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bars and Mickey Ice Cream Sandwiches have also increased in price in select spots. At the World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort the Nestle Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar went from $5.69 to $5.99.

At Centertown Market in Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort both the Ice Cream Bar and Sandwich went up in price from $5.69 to $5.99. We saw a similar change made at The Artist’s Palette in Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and Anaheim Produce in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Mickey Waffles

Another thing we noticed is that Mickey Waffles have increased at a few locations. At the World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort Mickey-shaped waffles (served with bacon and sausage) went from $9.99 to $10.49. The kids’ version of the Mickey-shaped waffles also went up from $6.49 to $7.29. 

We also saw the Kids’ Mickey Waffles meal go up at Sanaa in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge ($6.29 to $7.29). At The Market at Ale & Compass (Disney’s Yacht Club Resort) Mickey-shaped waffles went from $8.49 to $10.49, and kids’ waffles increased in price too. We saw this change made at several other quick service spots, so it’s something you’ll want to watch for!

We also saw price increases come to other classic snacks like churros. Churros served with chocolate dipping sauce increased from $6.19 to $6.39 at Cool Ship in Magic Kingdom and Anaheim Produce in Hollywood Studios.

Mickey pretzels (specifically with cheese sauce) also went up in cost at a few spots. The Mickey-Shaped Pretzel with cheese sauce went from $7.25 to $7.50 at Block & Hans in EPCOT. The Mickey-shaped Pretzel with Cheese sauce went from $6.79 to $7.19 at Anaheim Produce in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the Drop Off Pool Bar at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

A number of other classic things like cheeseburgers or chicken tenders have also increased in price. For example, over at Backlot Express in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the 1/3 lb Angus Cheeseburger went from $10.99 to $11.29, and the 4-piece chicken strips meal went from $9.99 to $10.29.

Signature Dishes or Other Iconic Snacks

At a few spots, some signature dishes have also gotten more expensive. For example, the Carrot Cake Cookie from Hollywood Studios has now seen a price increase.

The Plaza Loaded Fries from The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom are also now more expensive — going from $12.50 to $13. The Fish & Chips at the Rose & Crown Dining Room at EPCOT have gone from $25 to $26, and the Shepherd’s Pie went from $22 to $23.

A number of dishes at 50’s Prime Time Cafe also increased in price, including the golden fried chicken ($24 to $25), the meatloaf ($21 to $22), and others. The Wookie Cookie from Backlot Express in Disney’s Hollywood Studios went from $5.99 to $6.29.

Mickey’s Crisped Rice Treats have also gone up in some spots, like at the World Premiere Food Court they’ve gone from $4.69 to $4.99. At Capt. Cook’s in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort the Tonga Toast has gone up from $9.29 to $10.49.

At Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom, it looks like corn dog nuggets have gone up from $9.99 to $10.29

Alcoholic Beverages

A number of specialty alcoholic beverages have also increased in price. At Tambu Lounge (Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort), the Lapu Lapu has gone from $18 to $19. Across various spots, other drinks got increases. For example, at Whispering Canyon Cafe (Disney’s Wilderness Lodge) we saw these increases on their dinner menu:

• Spicy Poblano Margarita – $14 to $15
• Watermelon Margarita – $14 to $15
• Paloma Don Julio Blanco Tequila with juices of Ruby Red Grapefruit and Lime topped with Soda Water – $14 to $15
• Rum Swizzle – $13 to $14
• Antioxidant Lemonade Van Gogh Açaí-Blueberry Vodka, Minute Maid® Premium Lemonade, and Pomegranate Juice topped with Sprite® – $13 to $14
• Raspberry Mojito – $13 to $14
• Bacardi Mojito – $13 to $14
• Walk the Plank – $15 to $16
• Smoked Turkey – $15 to $16
• Whiskey Breeze – $14 to $15

• Negroni – $15 to $16
• Bahama Mama – $13 to $14
• Piña CoLava – $13 to $15
• Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea – $15 to $16
• Captain’s Mai Tai – $13 to $14
• Blue “Glow-Tini” Skyy Infusions Citrus Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Bols Blue Curaçao, and Pineapple Juice with a Sugared Rim and a souvenir Glow Cube – $15 to $16
• Godiva Chocolate Martini – $14 to $15
• Magical Star Cocktail – $15 to $17

We saw these cocktails (and/or others) also increased in price at some other spots. So if you’ll be ordering a specialty cocktail in Disney World, just be aware that your cost might be a bit more during your next trip.

Bottled Sodas, Standard Coffee, and More

In terms of other items we saw with increases in pricing, select bottled sodas are now more expensive at a number of places. For example, at The Artist’s Palette, we saw these changes:

• vitaminwater® Power-C Dragonfruit – $4.49 to $4.69
• Barqs® Root Beer Bottle 20-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.69
• Cherry Coke® Bottle 20-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.69
• Coca-Cola® Orange Vanilla Bottle 20-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.69
• Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar Bottle 20-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.69
• Coke® Bottle – $4.19 to $4.69
• Diet Coke® Bottle – $4.19 to $4.69
• Fanta® Orange Bottle 20-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.69
• Gold Peak® Sweet Iced Tea Bottle 18.5-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.49
• Gold Peak® Unsweetened Iced Tea Bottle 18.5-oz Bottled Beverage – $4.19 to $4.49
• Sprite® Bottle – $4.19 to $4.69

We saw these changes made at several other locations as well.

Select Joffrey’s Coffee drinks, some tea, and hot cocoa has also gone up at some quick service spots. Also at The Artist’s Palette we saw these changes:

• Freshly Brewed Joffrey’s Coffee Regular – $3.29 to $3.49
• Freshly Brewed Joffrey’s Coffee Decaf – $3.29 to $3.49
• Hot Cocoa – $3.29 to $3.49
• Twinings London® Hot Tea – $3.29 to $3.49
• Caffe Latte Featuring Joffrey’s Coffee – $3.99 to $4.29
• Cappuccino Featuring Joffrey’s Coffee – $3.99 to $4.29 

We saw these changes made at a number of other spots too.

That’s just an overview of some of the BIG price changes you probably want to be aware of. Price increases have impacted a lot of items, from main entrees and appetizers at Table Service spots to Uncrustables sandwiches at quick service locations.
