Face masks are now optional for fully vaccinated guests at most indoor locations throughout Walt Disney World. At Magic Kingdom, signage on stores and attractions informing guests they must wear masks has been removed, and we saw guests going maskless on indoor attractions.

Masks are still required on enclosed transportation, including the Monorail. An A-frame sign outside the Monorail entrances at the Transportation and Ticket Center informs guests of the requirement.

Signs have been removed from the doors of the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A.

We saw one sign still there this morning, but it was removed within a few minutes.

Inside the Main Street Bakery, most guests weren’t wearing masks. Guests who are not fully vaccinated are expected to keep wearing them, but Disney does not require proof of vaccination.

Masks are required by all guests regardless of vaccination status inside the First Aid location, as indicated by an A-frame sign outside.

You can see where signs were removed from outside these bathrooms.

We saw guests without masks at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.

Cast Members informed us that the same mask rules extend to onboard attractions: fully vaccinated guests have the option to wear them or not, while non-vaccinated guests are expected to wear them.

Guests went maskless on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, which is mostly outdoors but does go indoors too.
