Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire Castle Stage Show Debuts at Magic Kingdom for 50th Anniversary

A new castle show, Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire, has debuted at Magic Kingdom. There has been no regular castle show since Walt Disney World closed in March 2020 due to COVID-19. Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire is an updated version of Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Magic Kingdom.

Guests packed into the hub before the 12:15 p.m. show.

Decorations for the show were added to the stage.

Blue and purple banners with flower baskets were added to the railings.

An “M” emblem was atop the wooden doors at the back of the stage, which characters enter through.

Mickey and his friends enter at the top of the show and sing the new theme song, “Where Magic Feels Like Home.”

Each member of the gang introduces a different group of friends.

Goofy brings Tiana, Naveen, and Louis on stage.

Donald brings in the ruffians from the Enchanted Forest. Vladimir and Hookhand sing, “I Have a Dream.”

Daisy interrupts to introduce Rapunzel and Flynn Rider.

Mickey then surprises Minnie with Olaf, Elsa, and Anna.

Elsa sings “Let It Go.”

Everybody comes back out at the end for the finale.
