Netflix Original Marvel Shows to be Available on Disney+ Canada Starting March 16

As we reported earlier this month, the Netflix original Marvel shows will be leaving Netflix at the end of February. At the time, there was no word on if these shows would be made available on Disney-owned streaming services, such as Disney+ or Hulu.

MobileSyrup now reports that the shows will at least be made available on Disney+ in Canada starting March 16, 2022. Though there are no announcements yet about availability in other countries, this is a good sign the series may make their way to Disney+ around the world.

These are the Marvel series leaving Netflix and moving to Disney+ Canada: “Daredevil,” “Jessica Jones,” “Luke Cage,” “Iron Fist,” “The Defenders,” and “The Punisher.”

Marvel shows that weren’t Netflix originals, including “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” are set to remain on the service for now.

NEWS: Showtimes Revealed for the Festival of Fantasy Parade in Disney World!

It’s been a LONG time since we’ve seen a daytime parade in Disney World. We’re not talking about those bite-size character cavalcades, here, we’re talking about a full-fledged, fantastical, good-old-fashioned Disney parade. It’s been too long! Now that Disney entertainment is coming back to the parks, we’re preparing for new and returning shows, parades, and more.

Festival of Fantasy is returning soon!

Back in 2021, we found out that the classic Festival of Fantasy parade is returning to Disney World, but now our most recent discovery proves that the big return date is quickly approaching!

Back in December, Disney spread a little holiday magic when it brought back Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade during the day. This was the first time since before the pandemic that guests could watch a full parade in Disney World!

Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade

After the holidays, though, we were back to missing Disney parades. Luckily, the Festival of Fantasy parade is set to return on March 9th, 2022. We already know that the event will feature the giant fire-breathing Maleficent dragon, plus those colorful floats inspired by some classic Disney characters will return, too!

Festival of Fantasy Tangled Float

The parade will make its way through the Magic Kingdom twice daily, but until now, we didn’t know what time the parade would start. Now, showtimes are available on the My Disney Experience app! For the first week (March 9th-March 12th), the parade will run at 11:30AM and 2:30PM.

Then, starting on March 13th, the parade will start at 12PM and 3PM. The classic 3 o’clock parade is FINALLY back! Right now, showtimes are only available through April 2022, but it seems like the parade will continue to run at 12PM and 3PM each day.

Keep in mind that these showtimes are subject to change, and the parade may be canceled in the event of bad weather. When the parade finally kicks off, though, we’ll be sure to give you a first look!

We can’t wait!

We cannot WAIT for the Festival of Fantasy parade to come back to Disney World; we’ll be singing and dancing along on the very first day. In the meantime, stay tuned for all the latest Disney news and park updates!

Trams Finally Return to Service at Disneyland Resort

Trams have not been operating at Disneyland Resort since the parks reopened last summer, but they are finally back in service starting today, February 23.

We were happy to see a tram right after we parked at the Pixar Pals parking structure.

Trams transport guests to and from the parking structures and Downtown Disney District.

Guests board the tram on the first floor of the structure, after going through security.

We weren’t the only guests excited to see the trams back!

Guests board the trams in rows.

Soon we were on a tram, ready to visit Disneyland.

This road had been used as a walkway for guests while trams were unavailable.

The Downtown Disney District tram stop was refurbished recently.

After riding the tram to Downtown Disney District, we took a ride back to the parking structures.

The tram was much emptier on the way back so early in the morning.

Come with us on a tram journey in the video below.

Are you excited to see the trams back at Disneyland Resort? Let us know in the comments.
