Krewe Crawl is back for Mardi Gras 2022 at Universal Studios Florida. Through this self-guided walking tour of the park, guests get to experience different Mardi Gras mask-themed art installations, then collect a prize for visiting all the locations.

We picked up a map at the Universal Studios Store in Universal Studios Florida.

It is $10 to participate in the Krewe Crawl and it is confined to just Universal Studios Florida.

The prize at the end is your own Krewe Crawl Mardi Gras mask.

The map indicates the different Krewe Crawl locations in the park.

At each location, you get a stamp from a Team Member.

Universal Studios Store also had the first Krewe Crawl location.

Mardi Gras has a space theme this year, so each Krewe Crawl spot is a different “planet.”

First up, we visited the Lizard Planet. “The inhabitants of Vieux Carre tip the ‘scales’ when it comes to partying on their home planet. Visitors will have a hiss-terical good time celebrating Mardi Gras here!”

We later found the electric planet, with giant electric-themed masks.

“For a shocking good time, charge on over to Ursulines’ Mardi Gras Carnival. They definitely know ‘watts watt’ on their ‘ohm sweet ohm.’”

Next up, we found the Plant Planet.

These masks are decorated with vines, shamrocks, and other baubles.

“For an unbe-leaf-able Mardi Gras celebration, join the citizens of Cainéal Na Héireann. They don’t ‘moss’ around when it’s ‘thyme’ to party.”
