PHOTOS: Repainting of Final Pillar Underway at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT

Following the complete installation of the Xandarian starship in front of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, crew members are once again working on repainting the pillars on the sides of the building.

Painting has begun on the final pillar on the left, closest to the entrance.

The edges of the other pillars on this side are still orange. The pillars on the right side were completely repainted black.

This final pillar had the most splotches of red and orange paint. The top two-thirds were then painted white and now it is being painted grey.

This is primer for the final layer of grey paint. A crew member in a cherry picker vehicle was working on the top of the pillar today.

Crew members were also gathered on the ground near the starship, where a second cherry-picker is parked.

More vehicles were parked on the path at the side of the building.

It looks like the roof of the building is also almost complete, as most of the teal blue sheeting has been covered.
