The Prehistoric Garden is returning for this year’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. We “discovered” some potted plants and “fossils” are already appearing in a flower bed for the garden in World Discovery.
This garden will be near Mission: SPACE and Test Track.
The horticulture team has added some large leafy plants in black pots to the garden.
There are small orange and yellow flowers.
Many large rocks fill the extra space between the flowers and plants.
There are some rocks that resemble fossils.
This one has a few tiny dinos and shells on its face.
Each black pot has a different collection of plants inside.
The plants are meant to resemble those that would have been around when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.
There are hedges around some of the garden.
There are also pieces of wood accentuating the garden.
Another “fossil” looks like a T. rex head and arm.
Are you excited to explore the Prehistoric Garden and other gardens when the festival begins on March 2 at EPCOT? Let us know in the comments.
