*NEW* Vegetable Vindaloo – $9.99

Romanesco cauliflower florets and sweet potatoes, braised in a hot and sour broth, served with basmati rice

This is the best of the two curry options. There are chunks of sweet potato and cauliflower. It’s tangy but a little sweet.

The spice is not too hot. It’s more complex than the chana masala.

*NEW* Chana Masala – $9.99

Spiced chickpea curry, served with tomato and onion salad, basmati rice, naan bread

The chickpeas are in a savory, spicy curry sauce. The whole dish is a little on the bland side, but it’s a good portion.

The naan with the sauce is the best part of the dish. The vindaloo is the better choice here.

*NEW* Potato, Pea, and Carrot Samosas – $8.99

Potato, pea, and carrot samosas served with green chutney

These are the standout at this booth. They have a very crispy wanton-style wrapper with a solid flavor of pea and potato, plus a lemony flavor.

The green chutney beneath the samosas adds a great kick and pulls it all together.

*NEW* Vegan Golden Chai Chocolate Blondie – $4.99

Chai spiced vegan dessert bar with dark and white vegan chocolates

This has a nice, spicy chai flavor. It’s soft but has a dense texture. There are big chunks of dark chocolate.

The white chocolate icing pulls it all together well. This is a good vegan dessert.

*NEW* Emerald Mojito – $8.00 for 9 oz., $13.00 for 12 oz. souvenir cup

Bacardi Superior Rum, agave nectar, lime juice, tropical green tea, fresh mint

This has a sweet, non-traditional mojito flavor. The tropical iced tea taste really comes through, plus the sweet and tangy flavor of the lime.

There is no real mint or alcohol taste.

We didn’t care for this drink much.

*NEW* Gaea Smash – $8.00 for 9 oz., $13.00 for 12 oz. souvenir cup

New Amsterdam Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, sparkling mineral water, fresh purple opal basil

This has a strong lemon flavor and you can taste the gin. It’s a little too sweet.

You don’t taste the basil, but you smell it as you’re drinking, which adds an herby feel to the drink.

It’s not spectacular, but this is the better of the two drinks.

*NEW* Allagash White: Belgian-style Pilsner (5.2% ABV) – $6.50 for 9 oz., $11.50 for 12 oz. souvenir cup

From Allagash: “Our award-winning interpretation of a Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and raw wheat for a hazy ‘white’ appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, Allagash White upholds the Belgian tradition of beers that are both complex and refreshing.”
